About the project
We are delighted to be working with Imperial Homes on a fantastic and unique new development on the edge of Salisbury: Bishopsdown Farm Yard, which is located to the North of the City, and directly joins the newly created Castle Hill Country Park.
The 2.2 acre site is accessed through the country park, via a private driveway, and will support 14 new residential dwellings (11x open market, 3x affordable housing).
Detailed planning was granted in March 2022, with construction work now underway. Practical completion due in Autumn 2023.
Imperial Homes offer “The Hamptons – Heritage Collection”, eleven splendid four- and five-bedroom detached houses in the Bishopdown area of historic Salisbury.
This outstanding development comprises six four-bedroom detached homes and five five-bedroom detached homes in tranquil Bishopdown.
The Curtain Cabin were approached by the developers to install all the soft furnishing requirements in the Show Home, and are being recommended to all the purchasers as a supplier of their home furnishings.
